Welcome to Centre Pointe Condominiums in Bellingham WA (Washington), Whatcom County!

| Q. Is the building built to today's high standards of construction methods? |
| A. Yes, the building meets and in some cases actually exceeds Washington State Law construction requirements. |
| Q. The private fitness facility, is it equipped with some of today's top of the line equipment? |
| A. Yes, we have spent time and money arranging for a fitness facility that will meet everybody's range of fitness workout needs. |
| Q. When do you expect the 3rd and 4th buildings to be complete? |
| A. At this time, the completion date for either of those buildings is yet to be determined, we are in the final planning stages, and have started the foundation and parking garage for Phase III and IV. We will be updating the progress as we move along. |
| Q. Who gets to use the on-site Club House? |
| A. The owners of Centre Pointe Condominiums are the only ones who can book the club house out. No outside party is allowed to hold any sort of function there. There is a deposit that needs to be paid to the management company for incidentals, but the deposit is refunded so long as there is not be any mess to clean or damage to repair the next day. |
| Q. Will I have an underground parking space with my unit, or do I need to buy that separately? |
| A. Every unit comes with one, secured underground parking stall. There will be a few extra stalls that will be put up for sale to Centre Pointe buyers once ready. There is also parking available in front of the buildings surrounding the clubhouse and pond. |
